Stratford’s only library forced to close

STRATFORD, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Maintenance problems have temporarily shuttered the doors on Stratford’s only library.

According to county officials, the Stratford Branch Library began experiencing a sewer leak Wednesday morning, forcing it to close.

The county says the branch will remain closed throughout the week while maintenance works on repairs. They expect the library to reopen at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
