Dr. Alex Kor is set to discuss his parents’ lives and their lifelong efforts to combat prejudice. He will present a talk titled “My Holocaust Legacy: A Blessing, Not a Burden.” This presentation is part of a series dedicated to honoring Holocaust survivors Rose and Louis Van Thyn.
Much like Kor’s parents, Rose and Louis dedicated their lives to making sure people didn’t forget or repeat the same horrors as the Holocaust. The series also provides educational opportunities for Centenary students and members of the community.
You can see Dr. Kor at Centenary College on Thursday, November 6, in the White Room starting at 11:00 a.m.
