Broadcast Solutions Expands Management Team

Broadcast Solutions is building out its management team this month.

First, Stefan Breder has retained his role as CEO, with Maximilian Breder in a Co-CEO structure.

Said Stefan Breder: “I am very much looking forward to working closely together with Maximilian as Co-CEOs and I am confident that, together, we will successfully drive the continued development of the Broadcast Solutions Group. This step marks an important part of shaping our future.”

Zlatan Gavran was also appointed COO of the company.

On Zlatan Gavran’s appointment Stefan Breder added: “With Zlatan, we have also gained a very experienced industry expert as COO – together we will lead our company successfully into the coming years.”

Gavran was described in a company release as “a career leader in media technology,” and joins Broadcast Solutions from NEP Germany GmbH.

“Throughout my career – and especially at NEP – I have been a customer of Broadcast Solutions,” said Gavran. “I know just how reliable, innovative and passionate the company is. When the invitation came to join its leadership team I naturally jumped at the chance.”

This addition to the management team “ensures a stable, planned future for the company,” Broadcast Solutions’ statement said.

Rainer Kampe remains the company’s CTO, and Wladislaw Grabowski also retained his role as COO.

Gavran now takes direct responsibility for all broadcast operations, from workflow design and project management to purchasing and quality control.

“I am truly grateful for the trust placed in me and very much look forward to the opportunity of leading the company into the future,” Maximilian Breder said. “I am delighted to welcome Zlatan to the team and greatly look forward to working with him.”
