City says no link between CMPD chief hire, settlement
Deputies determined that an alleged dispute occurred at the business between employees and a vendor. During that incident, two employees allegedly assaulted the vendor and discharged a firearm into the delivery vehicle.
The two employees also allegedly took property belonging to the vendor and prevented him from leaving.
