A third person has been arrested in connection with a large methamphetamine seizure last week at a residence on Highway 62 East, according to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies executed a search warrant at a residence where investigators reportedly found about 10.8 pounds of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside a vehicle on the property. A registration check showed the vehicle belonged to 22-year-old Cameron Mitch Baker Jr.
Further investigation revealed Baker was the listed renter of the residence and had allowed Wesley and Hannah Bray to live there. Both were arrested last week on drug charges related to the case.
After presenting evidence to a judge, investigators obtained a probable cause warrant for Baker’s arrest. He was taken into custody Nov. 1 at Cooper Park in Mountain Home by the Mountain Home Police Department.
Baker, of Calico Rock, was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on felony charges of trafficking a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has since posted a $150,000 bond and was released. His first appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court is set for Nov. 17.
24-year-old Hannah Bray, remains in custody at the Baxter County Detention Center on the same charges, along with a probation violation. She is being held on a $150,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in circuit court on Nov. 3. Her husband, Wesley Bray, was arrested during the initial search.
The investigation is ongoing.
