Phenomenal Creations arts and crafts store opens in Topeka

TOPEKA (KSNT)- There’s a new place making its mark in Topeka with fun art activities for people of all ages.

Phenomenal Creations had its grand opening on Wednesday, Nov. 5. You can paint, decorate t-shirts and make resin art, all under one roof. You also don’t have to be an expert to create your first masterpiece.

“Somebody had said, ‘what if I can’t paint good?’ Well, I can’t either,” owner Angela Dominguez said. “I am a crafter, I am not an artist or anything. If you’re new or experienced or in between, like anybody can come, and we just want people to just enjoy themselves.”
