Meteorologist Kaylee Barbee visits Waddell Elementary

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- Earlier today our Meteorologist Kaylee Barbee visited 1st and 4th grade classes at Waddell Elementary School. This marks Kaylee’s third year visiting this school, and the kids asked phenomenal questions.

She discussed different weather phenomena and different forecasting basics. Kids also got a look into the daily life of a meteorologist.

Because of the state wide severe weather drill earlier that day, the kids passed Kaylee’s own test with flying colors.
