A man remains hospitalized and in critical condition after a near-drowning in a St. Paul hotel pool on Monday afternoon.
According to St. Paul Police, officers were called to the hotel along University Avenue West near Prior Avenue just after 4 p.m.
Police say hotel staff found the man in the pool. Staff were able to pull him out of the water and begin CPR before medics arrived and took the man to the hospital.
Investigators said the near-drowning appears to have been accidental.
