Fresno County Fire saves chickens from flames

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Fire crews saved a coup of chickens after extinguishing a fire on Tuesday.

Fresno County Fire says an outbuilding near the coup was on fire in the area of Jensen and Minnewawa avenues.

Crews say they were able to contain the fire to the outbuilding and prevent it from spreading to the chickens’ home, but photos from the scene show at least one car was damaged.
