Rock legends AC/DC bringing “Power Up” Tour to Charlotte next summer
CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Get ready to rock, Charlotte! One of the world’s greatest rock and roll bands is headed our way.

AC/DC has announced that their Power Up world tour will make a stop at Bank of America Stadium on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, November 7, at 10 a.m. local time.

This new leg of the tour includes 21 stadium shows across North and South America, with Charlotte being one of the U.S. cities on the list.

The band, formed in 1973 in Sydney, has sold more than 200 million albums worldwide and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003. Their 1980 album Back in Black remains one of the best-selling albums of all time, with over 50 million copies sold.
