Police search for man who allegedly stole $7K worth of merchandise from Best Buy

(KRON) — Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly stole nearly $7,000 worth of merchandise from Best Buy in Colma, the Colma Police Department said. The theft happened around 12:32 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 28.

According to CPD, a man (pictured below) stole two laptops before driving away from the electronics store in a silver vehicle. The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his late 30s to early 40s. Police said he was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

Police said the worth of the stolen merchandise was approximately $6,899.98.
