Expect interstate lane closures in downtown Indy this week

INDIANAPOLIS – Overnight lane closures are set for Interstate 70 and Interstate 65 through downtown Indianapolis this week.

According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, the closures will allow crews to perform various maintenance work.

One lane of I-70 eastbound closed between Market Street and 10th Street

Friday, November 7 (10 p.m. to 9 a.m.)

Two lanes closed on I-65 northbound between Washington Street and St. Clair Street

Saturday, November 8

Two lanes closed on I-65 northbound between Washington St. and Vermont Street (10 p.m. to 11 p.m.)
Three lanes closed on I-65 northbound between Washington St. and Vermont St. (11 p.m. to 8 a.m.)

The work schedule depends on the weather and could shift based on the conditions outside.
