JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – JXN Water customers had the chance to ask questions about ongoing water projects and services during Saturday’s public meeting.

Organizers said the meeting is part of a broader effort to provide accurate information and address misconceptions about the capital city’s water system.

“There is so much misinformation out there when it comes to water, in JXN Water specifically, but we have an amazing team of people from our operations team all the way to our billing staff that work very hard to ensure, the customer experience,” said Aisha Carson, the Lead Communications Office for JXN Water.

JXN Water officials encourage customers to reach out with questions they might have regarding their water.
