The JXN Water quarterly meeting was held at the Jackson Medical Mall, providing an accessible location for residents to connect with staff from operations, billing and other departments.
Display boards highlighted current and upcoming water projects. Staff were on hand to answer questions about water quality, service disruptions and account management.
Organizers said the meeting is part of a broader effort to provide accurate information and address misconceptions about the capital city’s water system.
“There is so much misinformation out there when it comes to water, in JXN Water specifically, but we have an amazing team of people from our operations team all the way to our billing staff that work very hard to ensure, the customer experience,” said Aisha Carson, the Lead Communications Office for JXN Water.
JXN Water officials encourage customers to reach out with questions they might have regarding their water.
