— An 8-year-old girl has been reported missing out of Salt Lake City, according to Salt Lake City Police.
Mauwa Meshack Amani, 8, was reportedly last seen around 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31, in the area of 1630 West 1700 South. She is believed to be wearing a red and black shirt, black pants, and a witch hat, police said.

Utah officials also suggest taking notes on interactions with law enforcement to keep track of details such as officer names, dates and times of interactions, the case number, and what the officers say.
