The Alcorn County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a crash detection around 6:30 a.m. reported by Life360 near the intersection of Highway 72 and County Road 605 in Alcorn County, Mississippi.
When deputies responded to the location, they didn’t find a vehicle.
Deputies were called to the Magnolia Hospital a little after 7 a.m. in reference to the crash detection notification.
A woman being treated at the hospital said she was driving a silver Cadillac XT5 SUV and said she had been pulled over by an unknown vehicle with a blue light on the dashboard.
She reported to deputies that a white man wearing a dark colored T-shirt asked for her driver’s license. During the conversation with the unknown man, she said she was struck in the head by an object and lost consciousness.
She told deputies that when she came to, she drove herself to Magnolia Hospital.
Deputies are asking if anyone traveling on Highway 72 on Thursday morning, saw anyone being pulled over or saw anything suspicious to contact the Alcorn County Sheriff’s Office at 662-286-5521.
