Jonesboro police ask public for help after business couple arrested & facing theft charges
Officials said 44-year-old William “Zach” and 41-year-old Melissa Herron were arrested early Thursday morning and are facing felony charges of continuing criminal enterprise, theft of $25,000 or more, and obtaining a signature by deception.
Authorities said the arrests were the result of an investigation after the department received “numerous” complaints about them. The investigation revealed that 51 clients of the couple’s business, All-Star Solutions, had paid over $250,000 for roofing services but had not received the services or the requested refund.
Unfulfilled contracts with All-Star dated back to May 2024, officials said.
The couple was taken to the Craighead County Detention Center, officials said, and are being held until bond is set.
Police officials stated that if All-Star Restoration owes anyone money or services and has not filed a report with the department, they should contact Detective Austin Morgan at 870-935-6710.
