Local firefighters and EMS respond to house fire near Warm Springs Road

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Multiple first responders arrived at the scene of an active house fire near Warm Springs Road on Thursday night.

According to Columbus Fire and EMS Chief Daniel Macon, 22 personnel were on the scene with their specialized emergency equipment.

Neighbors told WRBL that a man lived in the home with his dog, but no one knows if either was home.

So far, there are no reported injuries.

More information will be provided as it becomes available.
