Basic Necessities seeks donations and volunteers at Highland Center

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Basic Necessities is a diaper bank that distributes sanitary supplies and diapers to people in need. They serve eighteen parishes and counties.

For those in need, you can drop by their office in the Highland Center, 520 Olive Street, in the basement.

They are always looking for donations of unused products; the package can be open, as long as the items have not been used. Volunteers are also needed, and monetary donations are accepted.
