DAVIS COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) —Drivers in Davis County should expect delays and prepare for three nights of overnight road closure on southbound I-15.

According to the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), on Oct. 30, Nov 1., and Nov. 2, southbound I-15 between 200 North and Park Lane will be closed from 10:15 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Overhead signs will be removed during those times, officials say. Crews will be working on the stretch of freeway as part of a large construction project in the area that aims to revitalize traffic flow in the area.

The project’s main focus is renovating Shepard Lane bridge.

UDOT shared that traffic will be detoured to the Park Lane interchange.
