According to investigators, Robert Brent, Jr., was found shot inside a vacant apartment on North Jackson Street around 6:00 p.m. on October 27, 2025.

Law enforcement said they had a lead on a suspect’s vehicle, but the motive remains unclear. The shooting is under investigation.
