For the last 11 years, the owners have carved out foam pumpkins and displayed them for people to enjoy. Currently, there are 340 pumpkins out for display, including everyone from Ozzy Osbourne to Olaf.
“For us, even watching it evolve and grow, and surprised at how much the community its taken off and all of the people who know us as the pumpkin house or will comment on that,” Pumpkin wrangler Ralynn Schmidt said. “We love sharing it with the community.”
“It’s funny, the adults love it every bit as much as the kids do,” Pumpkin Carver Joe Schmidt said. “Cause they see the princess bride characters that some of the kids don’t even know.”
You can see the display on Monday, Thursday and Friday in the College Hill neighborhood at 15th and Jewell Ave. from 6:45 to 9:00 p.m.
