A 16-year-old had been taken into custody after he reportedly stabbed a man inside an apartment, with the victim allegedly making his way to a police station for help.
According to the Minneapolis Police, at 11:32 p.m. Saturday, a man walked into the 5th precinct with a non-life-threatening stab wound. The man was taken to the hospital for further treatment.
Police believe the man was stabbed during a “domestic-related incident” involving a 16-year-old boy at an apartment on the 3100 block of Pleasant Avenue South.
The boy was found at the apartment and arrested for assault. Police are still investigating what led up to the stabbing.
