By rssfeeds-admin TOPEKA (KSNT) – The Topeka Police Department (TPD) is engaged in a standoff near the intersection of 29th & Fairlawn.
A Watch Commander with the TPD confirmed police are in a standoff with a wanted felon, who is suspected to be armed and inside a business near the intersection.
