ASI Ninja Opens First Dallas Gym Offering Ninja, Gymnastics, and Parkour Training for Kids

DALLAS (KDAF) — A brand new gym concept has arrived at The Shops at Park Lane, and it’s designed to help kids climb, jump and tumble their way to confidence. ASI Ninja, Dallas’ first dedicated ninja gym, combines gymnastics, parkour, and trampoline training to create a one-of-a-kind fitness experience for children.

Hannah Sheppeard, gym manager at ASI Ninja, said the program focuses on helping kids of all ages build coordination, balance, and strength through fun and challenging activities.

“Our classes teach agility, endurance, and strength. These are skills that help kids in any sport they choose to play,” Sheppeard said.

“It’s a great way for them to stay active, especially during the hot summer months.”

ASI Ninja offers classes for children as young as three years old through its Little Ninjas program, as well as recreational and competitive classes for kids ages five and up. Students rotate between events that include trampolines, cannonball alley and floor exercises. They work to master skills like back rolls, front tucks, and tackling the warped wall.

Memberships include one weekly class lasting 50 to 55 minutes, with sessions offered Monday through Saturday. In addition to regular classes, the gym hosts birthday parties, open gym days, day camps, and Parent’s Night Out events.

As a special offer for CW33 viewers, new students can use promo code KDAF25 for free enrollment, which is a $40 value.

ASI Ninja is located at 8128 Park Lane, Suite 130, Dallas, TX 75231.
