Arkansas State Police identify Fulton County double homicide victims


The Arkansas State Police (ASP) has identified the victims from the double homicide in Fulton County. The women are identified as 54-year-old Tonya Stallings and 33-year-old Ashley Stallings. Ashley is the stepdaughter of Tonya according to Fulton County Sheriff Jake Smith. The two have an Ash Flat address.Fulton County deputies were called to a house just west of Ash Flat on Sweet Clover Lane Tuesday afternoon for an unresponsive person. When they arrived, they discovered the two women dead inside the home.The ASP also confirms 32-year-old Jacob Lowell Smith of Ash Flat is a person of interest in the double homicide and is considered armed and dangerous.






The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office describes Smith as 6’2″, with blue eyes, slender build, blonde hair (although it may be dyed), heavily tattooed including face and neck, with a distinctive bow tie tattoo on neck and throat area.

The sheriff says if you see Smith of have information that may help locate him, please contact the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office at 870-895-2601.
