Pennsylvania lawmaker seeks to increase access to psychologists in schools

(WHTM)– A lawmaker is attempting to expand access to psychologists in Pennsylvania schools. The legislation, circulated by State Rep. Manuel Guzman, would have Pennsylvania join the Interstate Compact for School Psychologists.
