CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — If you’ve ever dreamed of being on a Netflix set, here’s your chance! The Hunting Wives, the hit drama based on May Cobb’s best-selling novel, is gearing up to film its second season in and around Charlotte, and the casting team is looking for extras.

Tona B. Dahlquist Casting,

a casting company with a long list of film and TV credits, is handling extras casting for the show. They said everyone who is selected to appear will be paid, though specific rates will vary depending on the role.

How to apply

To apply, you can email THW2extras@gmail.com with the subject line including your age, ethnicity, gender, and city/state.

Applicants should include two current photos, one close-up and one full-body, that show their current look. Be sure to include the following information in your email:

  • Full name (and parents’ name if submitting for a child)
  • Phone number
  • Age
  • City and state of residence
  • Height and weight
  • Clothing and shoe sizes
  • Visible tattoos or piercings
  • Vehicle details (color, make, model, year) in case it’s used on set
  • Any special skills or experience (like law enforcement, construction, sports, or dancing)

Tona B. Dahlquist Casting reminds applicants that no legitimate casting agency will ever ask you to pay to apply or be considered for a role. Extras are paid by production if selected to work.

The Hunting Wives follows a group of Texas socialites whose lives spiral into scandal and danger.
