PHILADELPHIA (WPHL) — The Philadelphia Medical Examiner released Kada Scott’s exact cause of death on Thursday, October 23.
The examiner says Scott’s death was caused by a gunshot wound to the head. The manner of her death has been declared a homicide. Her date of death is listed as October 18, 2025.
New homicide charges were filed against the suspect, Keon King, in the death of Kada Scott on Wednesday. A new five-page affidavit also gives some insight into the communication exchanged between Scott and King in the hours before she was killed.
