The new clinic is designed to support early detection and treatment of sleep-related conditions. Testing will be available for conditions including sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, REM behavior disorder, narcolepsy, and parasomnias.
“This new sleep lab is a meaningful step forward in helping our community get the rest they need to live healthier lives,” said Dr. Suman Sinha, chief medical officer with CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier Health System. “Sleep is foundational to physical and mental health, and we’re proud to offer advanced testing and compassionate care close to home.”
An estimated 50 to 70 million people in the U.S. reportedly experience some level of sleep disorder. If you want more information or to schedule a sleep study, call (318) 681-4244.
