NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — World Wrestling Entertainment’s “Money in the Bank,” is coming to New Orleans on Sept. 6, 2026, one week later than originally announced.
According to the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, “Money in the Bank” will feature several WWE fighters battling to earn a briefcase containing a contract for a championship match. The winner can choose the time and place of the match anytime within the next year.
“Money in the Bank” will be held at the Smoothie King Center. Ticket details and event information will be announced in the coming months.
