Two-alarm fire at Harvey metal works facility under investigation
HARVEY, La. (WGNO) — A fire at a Jefferson Parish metal works facility Wednesday morning, Oct. 22, is under investigation.
Jefferson Parish Fire Department officials says the two-alarm blaze in the 3400 block of Peters Road was reportedly caused by a diesel tank at Deep South Fabrication.

The incident left a stretch of Peters Road from Lapalco Boulevard, closed to traffic.
