Roanoke food truck explosion leaves two critically injured
ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)- Crews in Roanoke responded to an apparent explosion on a food truck.

According to Roanoke FireEMS, the call came in at 7:34 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21, in the 700 block of 13th Street SW. When firefighters arrived on scene, they discovered the damaged truck and two people with injuries.

The two victims were treated at the scene before being taken to a nearby hospital with critical injuries.

Hot spots were extinguished inside the truck.

A cause of the fire is under investigation, but officials said it appears to have been accidental in nature.
