NOFD fights two-alarm blaze in St. Claude neighborhood

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Fire Department is on the scene of a two-alarm in the St. Claude neighborhood Wednesday morning, Oct. 22.

In a post on X (Twitter), NOFD responded to the 2600 block of N. Villere Street where they found a home and daycare both engulfed in flames, according to photos.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
