
Records show 32-year-old Ronnie Fewell was arrested on Tuesday, October 21, for allegedly killing Ronald Neville on Friday, October 10.
Around 5:30 p.m. on the day of the incident, officers responded to a call to assist Medic at a motel on the 4800 block of Wallingford Street. The caller reportedly told 911 that there was blood around the victim, later identified as Neville, and that she didn’t think he was alive.
Homicide detectives responded after Medic pronounced Neville dead at the scene.
Court documents detail that video obtained from the surrounding area showed three men walking through a nearby parking lot to the victim’s room, where they forced their way in. After several seconds, the men quickly leave. One of them allegedly had a backpack with him that he was not seen with before he entered the room.
Investigators identified one of the suspects as Fewell and determined that he was one of the suspects involved in this murder.
Arrest records show Fewell was charged with murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and felony conspiracy. His bond amount has not yet been set.
