Two fronts and a chance of rain on the docket
Tonight temperatures will drop into the upper 60s, low 70s with plenty of humidity ahead of the next front early in the morning. Winds will start to decrease after a much breezier Monday. Partly cloudy skies will dominate as well.
The first of two cold fronts this week arrives Tuesday morning. The front will come through with just scattered clouds but no rain. The temperature drop will be minor, with highs Tuesday in the mid to upper 80s. Normal temperatures around this time of year is 81° so we will still be well above average.
The second front arrives late Friday night/early Saturday morning. There will be more moisture in the area that the forecast for late week and weekend has rain. Present trends point to the highest chance of rain coming Friday night into Saturday morning with a few thunderstorms added to the mix. So far, we are giving Friday night the best chance of rain with 50%.
The temperature drop behind the weekend front is not much.
