Oldest pumpkin patch is on Metairie Road

METAIRIE, La. (WGNO) – It’s time to pick a pumpkin and the place to do the picking is on Metairie Road.

It’s at the oldest, continuously running pumpkin patch in the area at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church at 2216 Metairie Road in the heart of Old Metairie.

The hours are Monday through Friday 3:30 p.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

You can even pick a pumpkin when the patch is not open on the honor system and Venmo your money to the church.
