Last day to request absentee ballot in North Carolina for November election

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Tuesday, Oct. 21, is the last day to request an absentee ballot for the November general election in North Carolina.

An absentee ballot may be requested from the North Carolina State Board of elections website until 5 p.m.

Election Day is Nov. 4. Under North Carolina law, an absentee ballot must be requested the second Tuesday before the elections.

Anyone unable to request an absentee ballot before the deadline may still cast their vote early or on Election Day.
