(INSIDE CALIFORNIA POLITICS) — This week, former Congresswoman Katie Porter participated in an exclusive interview with Inside California Politics host Nikki Laurenzo, following the circulation of a viral video obtained by POLITICO that showed her admonishing a staff member. Additionally, an unflattering interview with CBS Sacramento was leaked, in which Porter threatened to leave because she felt the reporter was being argumentative and asking too many follow-up questions.

In the interview Porter said, “When I look at those videos, I want people to know that I understand that I could have handled things better.”

Following the airing of the full interview, Laurenzo spoke with Democrat Strategist, Ed Emerson and Republican Strategist, Tim Rosales to discuss their reaction.
