Cash Money vs. No Limit Records in epic Verzuz revival

(KTAL/KMSS) — Two of Southern hip-hop’s most iconic labels will go head-to-head in a revival of the Verzuz battle series, as Cash Money Records and No Limit Records face off at ComplexCon in Las Vegas.

The event marks Verzuz’s return after a multi-year pause and promises a deep dive into the catalogs of both labels, spotlighting their hits, artists, and cultural impact.

Organizers say the event will feature performance highlights from artists affiliated with each label, moderated discussions on their historical impact, and opportunities for fans to engage. Fans can look forward to signature tracks from both camps. On the Cash Money side, expect staples like Back That Thang Up by Juvenile (featuring Mannie Fresh & Lil Wayne), which helped define the label’s crossover success. 

From No Limit, expect tracks such as Make ’ Em Say Uhh! by Master P (featuring Fiend, Silkk the Shocker, Mia X & Mystikal), a platinum-selling anthem of the era.
