Located at 6424 Head Road, this 1.7-acre property is known around the world as the real-life home of Dawson Leery from the beloved teen drama Dawson’s Creek.

With a $3.25 million price tag, the house is currently listed as “Coming Soon,” with no showings just yet. The white house with the wide porch and dock was featured in all six seasons of Dawson’s Creek. For many, it became a symbol of coastal charm and youthful nostalgia.
