EMPORIA (KSNT) – Emporia State football is on a two game win streak, currently 3-3 (2-2) on the season.

The Hornets offense is led by junior quarterback Ben Harris this season, who is second in the nation in passing yards and total offense.

Emporia State has put up over 80 points in the last two outings. Harris went 28 of 39 for 273 yards and a touchdown against Missouri Southern last Saturday.

“I think the last couple of weeks we’ve have just been executing and playing with tempo,” said Harris.

“Our quarterback play, Ben is beginning to understand this offense,” said Head Coach Garin Higgins.

Emporia State takes on Central Oklahoma on the road, kick off is set for 7 p.m.
