Crews respond to fire at Gary’s Berries in Grantville

Update 10:30 a.m.: Jefferson County Emergency Manager Keith Jeffers told 27 News that two sheds were destroyed and a third one was partially destroyed. He said firefighters are working on containing a fire in a storage container. He said the fire is currently under control and that there are no reported injuries.

GRANTVILLE (KSNT) – Firefighters are at the scene of a fire at Gary’s Berries, Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch.

Fire crews were called the morning of Friday, Oct. 17 to the 5000 block of 17th Street in Grantville for reports of a fire. A 27 News reporter in the area said first responders and firefighters are at Gary’s Berries where visible smoke can be seen coming from the nearby area.
