Man dies after shooting in north Abilene, police searching for suspect(s)

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – A man died after a shooting in north Abilene late Wednesday night, and police are searching for the suspect or suspects involved.

Officers were called to a home on the 1200 block of Lillius Street around 11:15 p.m. and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound inside.

The man, 42, Scott Bartlett, was rushed to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Police are now searching for a possible suspect or suspects involved in this shooting.
