Visit Hot Springs CEO and parade founder Steve Arrison said the cheerleaders bring “spice and enthusiasm” each year, except during 2020 and 2021 when the event paused for the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to a spokesperson, the parade celebration will begin Tuesday evening, March 17, on Bridge Street in downtown Hot Springs.
