Dugan and party officials made the announcement in front of City Hall on Tuesday, which marked three weeks remaining until Election Day. According to the PA Forward Party, teams will provide canvassing resources, phone banking, and additional media support in Dugan’s bid to beat incumbent Larry Krasner.
“This campaign is about restoring safety, fairness, and opportunity in every neighborhood. I’ve served my country and my city, and now I’m ready to serve again by making Philadelphia’s justice system work for everyone,” said Dugan.
The campaign says Dugan is a lifelong Philadelphian, Army Veteran, and former President Judge of the Philadelphia Municipal Court.
