According to Rockford Police, around 3:55 p.m. on October 12th, officers responded to a parking deck at 301 W. State Street and spotted six suspects on bikes in the area.
Officers were able to capture five of the six, authorities said.
Angelo Williams, 24, was charged with possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest, and violation of the Controlled Substances Act. He was booked into the Winnebago County Jail and then released pre-trial in accordance with Illinois law.
Four teen boys, ages 11, 13, 14, and 17, were charged with criminal damage to property and burglary to a motor vehicle. All four were released to a parent or guardian.
