
The Osage City native shined in Saturday’s 31-24 win over Missouri Southern. He posted 11 tackles, four sacks, an interception and a forced fumble in the win.
The four sacks tied an Emporia State Division II era record that was first set in 1995, according
“We just do our jobs every day,” Boss said postgame. “We just fight with everything we have and try to get better.”
Boss also currently leads the MIAA in sacks, tackles for loss and solo tackles. He ranks top-10 in the country in all those categories.
He and Emporia State now turn their attention to Saturday when they travel to Edmond, Oklahoma to take on Central Oklahoma.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
