
After their 23-6 win over Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry on Saturday,
Texas (4-2, 1-1) travels to Lexington, Kentucky, to take on the Kentucky Wildcats (2-3, 0-3) at 6 p.m. CT, Saturday.
Indiana pulled off a huge road win over Oregon, vaulting the Hoosiers up four spots to No. 3 and sliding the Ducks back five spots to No. 8. It’s the highest ranking for the Hoosiers in program history.
Texas A&M stayed unbeaten and moved up one slot to No. 4 following a 34-17 win over Florida.
Ohio State remained the No. 1 team, followed by Miami, Indiana, Texas A&M and Ole Miss. The Rebels fell a spot after they escaped an upset bid by Washington State with a 24-21 win.
Alabama rose two spots to No. 6, and Texas Tech also went up two spots to No. 7 after a 42-17 win over Kansas. Oregon, Georgia and Louisiana State rounded out the top 10.
South Florida rose five spots to No. 19 after pouring on the offense in a 63-36 win over North Texas. Southern California, Utah, Cincinnati and Nebraska all moved into this week’s rankings.
