The three-time Grammy Award-winning DJ hosted and participated in the 5K run before performing a live DJ set for participants.
The event took place at Robin Williams Meadow in Golden Gate Park and made its Bay Area debut last year along the Embarcadero.
Diplo later posted “SF I love you ❤️” on social media.
According to a video shared by the DJ, Oct. 11 is now officially “Diplo Day” in San Francisco.
Diplo’s Run Club is described as a “nationwide 5K and festival series that blends fitness, music, and community in a first-of-its-kind experience,” according to a press release.
The fitness and music event has now expanded to eight U.S. cities for 2025 and 2026.
“LA, I’ll see you guys at the starting line tomorrow,” Diplo added.
