MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — At least one person was hospitalized after a Friday rollover crash in Gaithersburg, according to the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS).
In a post to the X platform around 3:30 p.m., crews responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash involving a rollover near Washington Grove Lane and Mineral Springs Drive.
There, two cars were found with significant damage to the hoods and front windshields.
MCFRS said at least one person was transported to a trauma center for treatment.
Washington Grove Lane between Flower Hill Road and Mineral Springs Drive remains closed until further notice.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
